Note: this sample extract dates from 1998: some of the plans may have changed since then.

This sample from our database is to give an idea of the sort of information available concerning airports world-wide with an actual or planned rail link - over 300 of them. The basic listing gives brief details, including (separately) the funding method and the fare charged - but more information is available to members on request.

	Alger (Alger) On phase 2 of a planned light rail service.
	Cancun (Cancun New Airport (Tulum)) New replacement airport, to be connected to Cancun by a light rail line.
	Charleroi (Charleroi Airport - Brussels South) Proposed tram or heavy rail extension.
	Fukuoka (Fukuoka Airport) Suburban line to centre.
	Istanbul (Ataturk Airport) On second stage of light metro. Opened 29/10/02. A guided bus system is also under consideration: this will serve the airport.
	Mashhad (Mashhad) Near terminus of extension to light rapid transit system.
	Moscow - Moskva (Sheremetyevo Airport) Airport Express to the city. Express rail link between the three airports and the commercial districts under consideration.
	San Bernardino (San Bernardino) Possible Californian High Speed Rail line connectiong Ontario, Southern California Logistics and San Bernardino airports. May also be on the Metrolink commuter rail service and the Metro Gold Line Eastside extension.
	San Francisco (San Francisco International) On the San Francisco heavy rail urban system (BART).
	Söul (Incheon Airport) A 66km high capacity rail link is being built to the new international airport at Incheon. It opened between Incheon and Gimpo in 2007.
